Return & Refund Policy

Thanks You For Shopping At Shiny Vinyl Record Cleaning. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, help is at hand.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item should be returned in the original packaging. Please retain all packaging until your item(s) have been thoroughly inspected.

Where an item is found to be defective Shiny Vinyl Record Cleaning must be informed within 48 hours of discovery. Your item should be returned in the original packaging.

Please ensure that the product(s) you have purchased are unused, should you wish to return them.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from the postal courier. Please message us to advise the tracking reference at the time of return. We recommend using a ‘Tracked & Signed For Service’ for your security and peace of mind.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate either a PayPal refund or a refund to your credit/Debit card.

You will normally receive the credit within 48 hours. However, depending on your card issuer’s policies you may not see the credit straight away. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Where buyers have simply changed their mind or purchased the wrong item for their intended application, they are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for return of your item(s). Return shipping costs are usually non-­refundable. Buyers are responsible for risk of loss or damage on all return shipments. Shiny Vinyl Record Cleaning will credit one-way shipping for returns where we have either sent the wrong item, or the item is proven damaged during shipping or found to be faulty / defective.
