SWB SPORTS THerapy

Hi my name is Stewart Bannerman, and I’ve been a practicing Sports Therapist for over 22 years.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and my unfortunate and subsequent redundancy in March, from 21 years of employment for an Osteopathy clinic in Glasgow, I have been busy toiling away, building my new work premises at home right here in Houston.

I also ran my own clinical practice room at Ferguslie Sports Centre for 7-8 years, but unfortunately I had to close this business in Sept-Oct. 2019, as it became unfeasible to continue.  The sports centre underwent the refurbishment of its outdoor, all-weather playing surface during the summer of 2019. The resulting backlash for me, was a huge decrease in football teams and patrons using the facility throughout this time, and likewise on its final completion.

So here we are now in my new premises, and with an extremely short commute to work too. I’m super-glad to be back at work again, and enjoying doing what I love, which is sorting and helping my patients out!
